Plastic Emblems & Badges / Manufacturing processes:

Injection Molding – produces a deep and dramatic appearance in the finished product. May be chrome plated or otherwise decorated. This process is ideal for a light-weight, high volume production emblem project.

Description Of Plastic – Great for unusual shapes or when smoother surfaces are desired for polished chrome plated finishes. Initial tooling costs may be higher but are offset by the economics of high volume production.

Metal Emblems & Badges / Manufacturing processes:

Die Cast – available in aluminum or zinc, this process yields a deep and dramatic appearance in the finished product. Delivers a hand finished product ready for chrome plating or a variety of paint finishes.

Deep Etch – this process produces high detail and clarity of graphics in any emblem or nameplate project. Deep etched emblems can be brushed or painted to your specifications. Tool preparation costs are low making this an ideal process for prototypes or low volume production.
